Every kid walks in curious. We make sure they walk out confident.
Spark Genius Lab started with a simple observation: kids don't need to be convinced that science is interesting. They need to be handed something real to do with that interest.
Built around the part kids actually love.
We kept noticing the same thing — kids who lit up the moment they got to actually touch, build, or test something, and went quiet the moment they were asked to just watch or color in a worksheet. So we built a program around the part they actually loved: doing the work themselves.
Spark Genius Lab brings hands-on STEM enrichment and small-group tutoring to kids across Gainesville and Wesley Chapel — through field trips, camps, parties, and a dedicated homeschool and microschool program. In every version, the same idea holds: hand a kid a real tool and a real problem, and step back.
Spark the curiosity. Discover the genius. Grow the confidence.
This is more than our tagline — it's the order we work in.
Spark.
Every program starts with something that grabs attention: a question, a material, a challenge that makes a kid lean in.
Discover.
From there, kids get hands-on. They build, test, mess up, adjust, and try again — because that's how real discovery actually happens.
Grow.
Confidence isn't the opening move. It's what's left over after a kid does something they didn't think they could do.
We're not in the business of telling kids they're smart. We're in the business of giving them the chance to find out for themselves.

The kid is the one doing the science.
A lot of STEM programs put on a show — a costumed scientist, a flashy demo, a "wow" moment that the kids watch happen to someone else. That's not what we do.
Every session, camp, and tutoring group is built so kids are the ones holding the tools, running the experiment, and getting to the answer — not spectators at someone else's experiment.
Trained facilitators who genuinely like kids.
Our team is made up of facilitators trained in hands-on, small-group STEM instruction and academic tutoring — people who genuinely like working with elementary-aged kids and know how to keep a room of them curious, engaged, and safe.
