Work for Us

Help Kids Find Their Spark.

We're looking for people who love working with kids, get excited about hands-on STEM, and want to be part of the moment a kid figures something out for the first time.

Why Work With Us

Not a script. A spark.

At Spark Genius Lab, you're not performing a script for an audience of kids — you're guiding small groups through real, hands-on discovery. If you've ever wanted a job where the best part of your day is watching a kid's face when something finally clicks, this is it.

Real Impact, Every Session

You're not background noise in someone else's program. You're the person putting real tools in kids' hands and helping them use them.

Flexible, Local Work

Spark Sessions, Spark Parties, Genius Camp, and Genius Society all run on different schedules — which means flexible opportunities across Gainesville and Wesley Chapel.

Training, Not Just a Script

We train our facilitators in hands-on STEM instruction and small-group facilitation — not just how to run a routine, but how to actually teach and engage kids.

Who We're Looking For

People kids actually want in the room.

No advanced science degree required — what matters most is your ability to connect with kids and keep them engaged in real, hands-on learning.

  • Genuinely enjoy working with elementary-aged kids (K–5)
  • Are comfortable leading small groups through hands-on, sometimes messy, activities
  • Bring patience, energy, and a steady presence in the room
  • Are reliable, on time, and take safety seriously
  • For tutoring roles: have a strong foundation in elementary math and/or science
